SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING METHODS  
We ship all orders using third-party carriers, primarily UPS and USPS, through Pirate Ship.

Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase.

2. PROCESSING TIME  
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.  
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, item size, and packaging requirements.

We reserve the right to extend handling times for large, fragile, or specialty items.

3. SHIPPING COSTS  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or agreed upon prior to purchase.  
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Oversized, heavy, or freight items may require additional charges.

4. DELIVERY TIMES  
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.  
We are not responsible for carrier delays once the item has been shipped.

5. RISK OF LOSS / TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP  
All items become the responsibility of the buyer once they are handed off to the carrier.

Risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the buyer at the time of shipment.

6. SHIPPING DAMAGE & CLAIMS  
If an item arrives damaged:  
- Buyer must retain all packaging materials  
- Buyer must file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or USPS)  
- Seller will provide documentation if reasonably requested  

We are not liable for damage caused during shipping.

7. SHIPPING INSURANCE  
Shipping insurance may be included on certain shipments at our discretion.  
Additional insurance can be requested by the buyer prior to shipment at the buyer’s expense.

If insurance is declined, the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage in transit.

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY  
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.

We are not responsible for:  
- Incorrect addresses  
- Returned packages due to address errors  
- Additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery

9. UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED SHIPMENTS  
If a package is returned due to refusal or failed delivery:  
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs  
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable  
- Re-shipment will require additional payment

10. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES  
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Buyers should ensure a secure delivery location.

11. FREIGHT & LARGE ITEMS  
Large, heavy, or palletized items may require freight shipping.

For freight shipments:  
- Buyer must inspect items upon delivery  
- Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing  
- Failure to note damage may void the ability to file a claim

12. PACKAGING  
We package items to the best of our ability based on size, weight, and condition.

Due to the nature of vintage and used parts, original packaging (if present) may not provide modern protection standards.

13. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)  
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
