TERMS OF SALE


1. All Sales Final

All sales are final. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless explicitly approved at the sole discretion of the seller.


2. Returns & Refunds (Discretionary Only)

Returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted strictly at the seller’s discretion. If a return is approved:


  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Item must be returned in the exact condition it was received
  • A restocking fee may apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable



Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


3. Condition of Parts (Including NOS Items)

All items are sold as-is, with no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated in the listing.


“NOS” (New Old Stock) means the part is unused but may show signs of age, shelf wear, oxidation, surface rust, fading, or packaging deterioration due to long-term storage.

NOS does NOT mean mint condition.


Used parts will show wear consistent with age and prior use. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos and descriptions carefully before purchase.


4. Fitment & Compatibility

The buyer is solely responsible for verifying part compatibility, fitment, and application prior to purchase.


  • Any vehicle or application information provided is for reference only
  • The seller does not guarantee fitment for any specific vehicle

5. Shipping & Handling

All items are shipped via third-party carriers. Once an item leaves our possession, we are not responsible for:


  • Shipping delays
  • Carrier mishandling
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages



Shipping insurance may be included or available upon request. Any damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.


6. Shipping Damage Claims

If an item arrives damaged:


  • Buyer must retain all packaging materials
  • Buyer must file a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Seller will assist with documentation if needed, but is not liable for damages


7. Order Accuracy

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details (address, item selection, etc.) are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer.


8. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. Inventory is limited and items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.


9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for:


  • Installation errors
  • Mechanical failure
  • Labor costs
  • Loss of use
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages


Buyer assumes all risk associated with installation and use of purchased items.


10. Agreement to Terms
